Condensed versions of DuPont’s safety workshops, typically available only to clients, were presented during this year’s NSC Congress and Expo free of charge. These seminars helped companies assess their current safety culture and lower their risk of incidents and injuries and improve their safety performance:
-
A Sustainable Approach to Workplace and Process Safety
-
Industrial Chemical Protection
-
Felt Leadership: Making Safety a Core Value
-
NFPA 70E: FR Clothing Technologies
-
Benchmarking Safety Performance and Culture
-

The DuPont Personal Protection team was also at the NSC Expo with the latest innovations in protective apparel to meet your safety needs. DuPont experts offered a look at a wide spectrum of protective fabrics, garments and accessories now available to meet the varying needs of industrial workers or first responders.
After the Congress and Expo, DuPont also hosted a two-day seminar on Managing Safety - Techniques that Work for Operations Managers. During this two-day program participants learned to integrate safety management practices into overall management systems, by examining and evaluating the role managers play in auditing, leadership, investigating incidents and safety organization.
