A newsletter to help you protect people, property and operations

This month we bring you an issue which focuses on how safety management and operating discipline can provide a real competitive advantage to business.

Speaking of competitive advantage, our congratulations to this year’s Green Cross for Safety Medal honoree, Delta Air Lines.  The National Safety Council recognizes that Delta Air Lines has demonstrated a safety culture and record that reflect a top-down approach to safety and health that begins in the boardroom and is shared by every employee, from corporate leadership to the flight crews.

As the 2006 honoree, DuPont joins other past recipients of the National Safety Council’s Green Cross for Safety Medal in congratulating Delta Air Lines for understanding the significance of safety to their operations and corporate sustainability.  All Green Cross recipients share a common belief that engaging employees in a company culture of safety builds a strong network of people who care about one another and their contributions to their jobs.
