This workshop is conducted by DuPont STOP™ experts and tailored to ensure that you get the best return from your program investment. Typically provided before STOP™ training begins, the STOP™ Implementation Assistance Workshop helps build a strong foundation for STOP™ and increase involvement across your organization. Workshops are available for STOP™ for Supervision, STOP™ for Each Other and STOP™ for Ergonomics.
The 1 ½ - day program includes a walk-through discussion with senior management, a safety audit conducted by the STOP™ expert with a manager and a workshop for members of the organization. Participants will learn STOP™ objectives, techniques and observation practices, as well as the most effective ways to implement these programs at individual sites.
