DuPont™ Sontara® Stencil Cleaning Fabric

Developed to meet the increased needs of fine pitch in electronics assembly, CleanMaster FP has the same benefits as DuPont™ Sontara® Stencil Cleaning Fabric, but is designed for fine-pitch SMT manufacturing and advanced screen printing applications.

Features:

 

  • Strength, absorbency, and low linting for stencil cleaning efficiency
  • Removes excess paste, adhesives and solvents
  • Smallest amounts of paste, adhesive or solvents can be removed from stencil underside, preventing bridging and allowing downstream processes to be completed efficiently
  • Highly absorbent and low-linting, yet incredibly strong even when wet
  • Cuts downtime and keeps screen printers running efficiently
  • High tear resistance reduces operator intervention

DuPont Sontara® CleanMaster Plus Stencil Cleaning Fabric

Features:

DuPont™ Sontara® CleanMaster Plus features an advanced structure of exceptional strength, absorbency and low lint, resulting in increased stencil cleaning efficiency. Paste, adhesives and solvents are removed from the stencil underside, preventing bridging and allowing downstream processes to be completed efficiently.

  • Absorbency and low-linting result in stencil cleaning efficiency.
  • The lightweight fabric allows for longer rolls which reduce the frequency of roll changing and increases productivity
  • Cuts down-time and keeps screen printers running efficiently.

DuPont™ Sontara® FP Stencil Cleaning Fabric

Features:

Developed to meet the increased needs of fine pitch in electronics assembly, CleanMaster FP has the same benefits as DuPont™ Sontara® Stencil Cleaning Fabric, but is designed for fine-pitch SMT manufacturing and advanced screen printing applications.  Using DuPont™ Sontara® FP fabric is more cost effective because this unique fabric reduces circuit board defects, resulting in higher process yields.  Increased throughput is also possible because the exceptional cleaning properties of this fabric enable manufacturers to decrease cleaning frequency.
