Spruance Security Presents at County Seminar
The Chesterfield Department of Emergency Management recently hosted a seminar that featured Spruance Facility Security Officer Jim Lupacchino and Protective Service Advisor Rob Mooney, from The Deparment of Homeland Security.
The attendees included members of the Chesterfield Emergency Planning Committee (CEPC), EPA and DHS regulated facilities, and County Fire, Police and Sheriff officials. Lupacchino spoke on the DHS Chemical Facility's Antiterrorism Standards (CFATS). The seminar was held at the Chesterfield County Eanes-Pittman Public Safety Training Center.
