SHE Senior Consultant L. Waverly Smith presented to the Chesterfield Emergency Planning Committee on the revisions of the Emergency Planning & Community Right-to-Know Act's Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting.
The session was well attended by Tier I and Tier II facilities in Chesterfield County as well as Chesterfield Fire, Police and Emergency Management officials.
