DuPont Spruance Plant has maintained its membership in the U.S. EPA's National Environmental Performance Track and the Virginia Exemplary Environmental Enterprise Programs since 2001.
These programs are viewed as the "gold standard" for facility-based environmental performance which encourage facilities to go beyond mere compliance and achieve environmental excellence through continuous improvement.
