Shopping Guide

DuPont surfaces are available through a network of trusted retailers who will provide you one-on-one guidance throughout the purchasing process. To find the retailer nearest you, click here. These retailers will work exclusively with specially trained DuPont Certified Fabricator/Installers to insure that your countertop is customized and installed to the highest possible standards, just the way you want it.

Initial design and measurement
In order to provide you with a price estimate for your surface, your retailer will need to know the following:

If you are replacing an existing countertop, you may to ask whether removing your old countertop is included in the estimate, or whether removal is available at an additional cost.

If you are trying to decide between two surfaces or colors you can order a sample online or the retailer should also be able to provide you with samples or color swatches.

The next step in the purchase process is the "templating visit". A DuPont certified technician will visit your home in order to finalize measurements and discuss the position of sinks, cabinets, and any seams. Keep in mind that stoves, sinks, and cabinets must be in place before this visit. Some retailers require a small deposit for the cost of this visit, which is refunded when you purchase your surface.
