DuPont™ Tedlar® PVF resins are available for special coatings applications. Tedlar® PVF resins can be formulated into coatings for metals. Coatings made with Tedlar® PVF resins show outstanding flexibility and adhesion along with all of the properties of other Tedlar® PVF film laminates including chemical resistance and weatherability.
Coatings made with Tedlar® PVF resins must be formulated with organic solvent and must be processed with heat in excess of 199°C (390°F) to ensure adequate film formation.
