DuPont™ Tedlar® PVF films can be thermoformed or vacuum formed and have been used in the aircraft industry for years. Using Tedlar® films eliminates the need for painting parts after they have been thermoformed.
Tedlar® films can be laminated online or by means of a sheeted process and pressed to thermoplastics such as polycarbonates, ABS, PMMA, PEKK, and polystyrene.
