January Issue:
Ball Crawl

Meatballs are pure kid food that adults love, too. That’s especially true since they make the  goal of good entertaining easy whenever this comfort food is on the scoreboard during bowl-game season. To get your (meat) ball bearings for game day, feature meatballs amidst the chicken wings, salads and chips.  We have four choices for you so guests can sample distinctly different flavors.

Game Day Tip: Meatballs freeze well, so they can be made well in advance. Or, even though they’re so easy to mix and roll, we won’t tell anyone if you buy meatballs that are already prepared and just cook them off last-minute, using our flavorings and our pans with non-stick coatings.
