Well, this one in the photo seems to have jumped right out of the sea, but actually it’s a pottery plate -- perfect for serving up one of our entrees this month.

It’s seafood season, and top vacation spots in August are usually at the waterfront: on the beach, a mountain lake, a bay-front creek, or any fisherman’s stream. If you’re traveling, you may even find a genuine fish camp restaurant, serving local seafood.
