Red Pepper Sesame Noodles
To toast the sesame seeds, heat them over medium in a small skillet coated with DuPont™ Teflon® non-stick, shaking the pan to keep them from burning. The seeds are ready when they start turning a golden color.
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, walnut oil, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, red pepper, shallot, scallions, and cilantro. Add the noodles, snow peas, and bell pepper and toss to coat. Serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over the top.
