Directions
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan coated with DuPont™ Teflon® non-stick. Sauté the garlic over a medium heat and remove to a small saucer. Add the tomatoes whole and cover the pan. Cook, shaking the pan often, until all of the tomatoes open and soften -- at least 8 minutes. Mix in the roasted garlic, fresh oregano basil, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
