Walnut and Maple Turkey Crackle recipe

Servings: 4

Brush this glaze onto your choice of turkey and watch the skin crackle as the flames rise.
We suggest grilling your bird in the Technique Hard Anodized II Nonstick BBQ Pan with DuPont™ Teflon® nonstick coating.

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1-1/2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried sage
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup pulverized walnuts
1-1/2 tablespoons walnut oil

Directions

Mix together all the ingredients and brush onto turkey or other poultry. Brush again during grilling and save any leftover in the fridge for another recipe.
