Oven-Broiled Shrimp Salad with Mustard Lemon Sauce and Orzo
Tangy and rich with honey glazing from the heat of the upper flame, serve this with chilled orzo. The combination is unexpected and delightful.
Cook the orzo according to package directions and mix with the dressing; refrigerate.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter, mustard, lemon juice and half the dill. Add the shrimp, coating by tossing. Add the shrimp to a roasting pan or baking pan with DuPont® Teflon™ non stick coating, placing them in a single layer. Preheat the broiler and broil the shrimp 3 to 4 minutes to brown and turn over for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve over the chilled orzo salad and sprinkle with remaining dill.
