Before the DuPont Legal Department will sign a trademark agreement you will need to supply a signed Teflon® Brand Assurance Test Report AND either a completed hangtag request form, or a usage report with program size, proposed use of brand, etc.
 
I am not familiar with the Teflon® fabric protector program or trademark requirements and would like DuPont to contact me.
 
I have contacts with DuPont around Teflon® fabric protector and have current marketing material including trademark requirements.
