Licenses may be available for applications such as self-supporting films, optical lenses, layered structures, coated film, coated foil, fluid handling articles, containment and conveyance articles, composite for electronic circuit boards, electronic use as dielectric layer, coated electronic circuitry, or fiber optic core or cladding. The purchase price of Teflon® AF fluoropolymer resin from DuPont DOES NOT include a royalty for use of the purchased quantity of resin under the above-cited DuPont U.S. Patents. NO RIGHT OR LICENSE IS GRANTED OR IS TO BE IMPLIED BY THE MERE PURCHASE OF TEFLON® AF FLUOROPOLYMER RESIN. By accepting delivery of this product, purchaser agrees not to use Teflon® AF fluoropolymer resin in the manner set forth in one or more of the above-cited DuPont patents without authority from DuPont.
Purchaser may request a separate, written, nonexclusive license to permit practice under one or more of the above-cited DuPont patents and the payment of royalties separately, such request being directed to Sales and Marketing Manager, Teflon® AF amorphous fluoropolymers, DuPont Fluoroproducts, Chestnut Run Plaza, Bldg. 702, Wilmington, DE 19880-0702.
