This study compares the effects of two Zonyl® MP1000 and Zonyl® MP1500, in a standard Viton® formulation designed for O-ring service. A beneficial improvement in tear strength can be observed with the Zonyl® MP1500 fluoroadditive. Both additives appear to improve abrasion resistance equally well.
