Canadian Food Contact
Health Canada's Health Products and Food Branch has provided DuPont with a letter of non-objection for use of the following Ti-Pure® titanium dioxide pigment grades: R-101, R-102, R-103, R-104, R-105, R-108, R-350, R-706, R-900, R-902 and R-960, when used as components of food packaging materials such as films, coatings and related applications which may involve direct contact with foods, provided that the amount used does not exceed that required to accomplish the intended technical effect and that at no time would that amount exceed 20% by weight of the food contact material.
