Ti-Pure® R-103
Among the acrylic family of polymers, PMA and PMMA are commonly pigmented with TiO2 for both opaque and semi-opaque applications. Opaque whites are used for appliances, communication, industrial and construction end-uses, while for translucent formulations, back-illuminated advertising and signboards are typical end-use applications. Ti-Pure® R-103 is the preferred TiO2 product to deliver bright white color and maximum mechanical and rheological stability in reflected light applications. For transmitted light situations, Ti-Pure® R-960 and R-105 are suggested.
DuPont™ Light Stabilizer 210
DuPont™ Light Stabilizer 210 is an ultrafine titanium dioxide and is preferred for translucent UV screening applications. DuPont™ Light Stabilizer 210 absorbs and scatters UV light for screening substrate protection.
