Weather Protection Design

Improved Energy Efficiency

Choosing DuPont Weatherization Systems is one of the easiest things you can do to improve your building’s energy-efficiency and overall performance. By controlling airflow, holding out bulk water, and allowing interior moisture vapor to escape, DuPont Weatherization Systems help reduce the energy needed to heat and cool buildings. DuPont Weatherization Systems may also contribute toward U.S. Green Building Council LEED® points in Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources and Indoor Environmental Quality. And, all products meet your specification needs for a weather barrier assembly according to CSI MasterFormat section 07-25-00.
