DuPont™ Residential Sealant is easy to use and scientifically formulated to bond with DuPont™ Weatherization Systems products and a wide range of general building substrates. It helps to create an elastomeric, protective barrier to help protect against water infiltration.  DuPont™ Residential sealant may also help increase energy efficiency.

DuPont™ Weatherization Systems are an important part of the ENERGY STAR® Home Sealing labeling program and NAHB Green Home Building Guidelines. DuPont™ Residential Sealant is compliant to the following testing standards: Fed. Spec. TTS-00230C (Type S, Class A); ASTM C-920 (Grade NS, Class 25); ASTM C-834 (Type OP, Grade18C); and AAMA 808.3.

DuPont™ Residential Sealant comes backed by a limited product warranty for product replacement from DuPont, a company dedicated to providing you with innovative and reliable products for over 200 years.  Our DuPont Certified Installer Program also provides trained installation services, which is one more way to put the building science expertise of DuPont right at your fingertips.
