The Water Quality Association is a not-for-profit international trade association representing the water treatment industry. To help consumers choose quality water treatment products, WQA developed its Gold Seal Certification Program. NSF/ANSI Standards

NSF/ANSI Standards are voluntary national standards that manufacturers may elect to use in the production of their products. These standards are designed to help keep consumers safe by establishing uniform minimum requirements for acceptance in domestic markets. Manufacturers electing to certify their products to these standards are providing assurance to consumers that the product either meets or exceeds these standards. DuPont™ Water Filters have been developed and tested to perform to NSF/ANSI standards. The tests are performed by independent laboratories.

Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection

DuPont™ Water Filters are made with Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection, a state-of-the-art technology built-in to the critical components of the filters. Microban® protection works continuously to help keep filter surfaces cleaner and provides protection that lasts for the useful life of the filter.
