Benito Cachinero-Sánchez is senior vice president of DuPont Human Resources. He joined DuPont in April 2011 in Wilmington, Del.

Prior to DuPont, he was corporate vice president of Human Resources at Automatic Data Processing where he was responsible for human resources and organizational issues of a market-leading business with 50,000 employees around the world. He has held a range of human resources leadership positions with progressive responsibilities during his career. In addition, his previous experiences involved human resources leadership roles in several science-based businesses, including Johnson & Johnson.

He has served on the board of United Way of Somerset County, NJ, and is a fellow of The Library of America, a non-profit publisher dedicated to publishing, and keeping in print, authoritative editions of America's best and most significant writing. In addition, he serves on the advisory board of Catalyst – a leading nonprofit organization expanding opportunities for women and business.

Mr. Cachinero-Sánchez was born in Malaga (Spain) and holds a MBA from IESE (Madrid), a M.A. in Sociology as well as a M.A. in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
