Our bakery ingredients help industrial bakeries add fiber and increase the shelf life of their products—all while retaining softness and taste. DuPont™ Danisco® bakery solutions deliver a range of emulsifiers, enzymes, hydrocolloids, and sweeteners that meet the standards consumers have come to expect from traditional production.

Our tailored blend solution, GRINDSTED® Fiberline, adds healthy fiber without stripping bread of its moisture and taste. POWERFresh® enzymes delay staling in baked goods. And soy protein, fiber, and lecithin products from Solae provide nutrition enhancement, extended shelf life, and improved flavor.

In addition to enhancing the final product, DuPont is constantly developing innovative bakery packaging solutions. To improve production, DuPont™ Surlyn® packaging and sealant resins offer low-temperature seal initiation and outstanding hot-tack strength. And DuPont™ Appeel® sealants are solvent-free, to minimize the impact of packaging on the environment.
