Aileen Van-Nguyen is a strategic alliance manager for DuPont Crop Protection Research and Development. She leads the global alliance network, including Alliance Partners, Research Collaborators and Contract Research Organizations to affordably meet business requirements for discovery, new product development, as well as existing product support.

Aileen received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University of Cambridge, UK. She joined DuPont in 1985 and has worked in several disciplines in Crop Protection R&D before assuming her current leadership role as strategic alliance manager.
Aileen was born in Vietnam and came to US as a refugee by boat in 1975.
