DuPont Poland was ranked fourth in Aon Hewitt’s Best Employers Program, up from ninth place last year.
“I would like to thank our employees for their trust and participation in this program,” said DuPont Poland Country Leader Piotr Gill. “We are taking part in this project for the second time and 90% of employees responded to the survey. It was worth it. Such progress in the ranking was possible thanks to our mutual effort in implementing improvements coming out of the 2011 survey.”
DuPont consistently shows high levels of engagement. DuPont’s results show that 74% of respondents are pleased with their jobs, and have identified a reliable employer brand and stability as strong attributes of the company.
“DuPont employees give the highest grades to the following aspects of the working environment of the company: everyday tasks, working conditions and working benefits,” said Katarzyna Derdzińśka, Best Employer Program director.
“We are proud that the organizational culture of DuPont Poland, built for 210 years by DuPont worldwide, is also appreciated by our employees here,” Piotr said.
Best Employers Program 2012 is an enriched version of the Best Employers Study. This year it is organized by Aon Hewitt in Poland for the seventh time and for the 20th time worldwide. The program is tailored for organizations that are focused on achieving better business results through building a perfect work environment based on trusted leadership, high performance and high engagement.
