LABSORB™ Regenerative SO2 Reduction Systems
This proven regenerative SO2 scrubbing technology has had multiple full-scale commercial installations on fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCUs) and sulfur recovery units (SRUs). LABSORB™ systems consist of a pre-scrubber, absorber, and regeneration unit.
LoTOx™ and SCR NOx Reduction Systems
We offer a variety of customizable solutions for NO2 emissions reduction, based on either the Hitachi SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) or Linde’s LoTOx™ low-temperature oxidation technology.
Shell Global Solutions Third and Fourth Stage Separators (TSS/FSS)
The Shell Global Solutions TSS/FSS is used to accomplish very high reductions of catalyst fines emissions from FCCU flue gas. The TSS/FSS is applied at high temperatures and high pressures, and can be designed for Turbo Expander protection and/or environmental control. We provide these leading systems to the global refining industry for FCCU applications on a material supply basis.
Marine Scrubbing Systems
The BELCO® Marine Scrubber can help reduce air emissions from ship engines, boilers and heaters. It enables organizations to meet all IMO, SECA, and EPA regulations, without switching to low-sulfur fuel. We offer three different designs to meet a variety of requirements. Our Closed Loop Design features caustic scrubbing to minimize wash water discharge from the ship, as may be required in certain ports. Our Open Loop Design enables shippers to discharge wash water at sea while meeting all applicable IMO regulations. Lastly, our Hybrid Design gives shippers the flexibility to use either Closed Loop or Open Loop technology, as their circumstances and preferences merit.
